Questions renters ask

How much is rent at Uptown Horizon Apartments?

Studio apartments (420 sq ft) start at $775 per month for a classic-finish home and $799 for a renovated home. One bedroom apartments (520 sq ft) start at $899 for classic and $950 for renovated. Utilities are billed as a flat monthly package on top of rent. Call (505) 265-9520 for pricing on specific units.

Are utilities included?

Utilities are billed as a flat-rate package so your monthly cost is predictable: $80 per month for studios and $100 per month for 1 bedrooms, covering electric, gas, water, sewer and trash. Residents set up and pay for their own internet and cable.

What is the difference between a renovated and a classic home?

Renovated homes have wood-style plank flooring, updated kitchens and baths and modern finishes. Classic homes have the original finishes, well maintained, at a lower rent. Both have the same floor plan, oversized closets and a fully equipped kitchen. Ask the leasing office which finish the available homes have.

What are the qualifying requirements?

The application fee is $55 per adult applicant. Credit history: applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher with a positive history of on-time payments. Income: proof of income showing earnings of at least three times the monthly rent, plus documentation supporting continuity of income (employment verification or other reliable sources). Background check: all applicants must pass a criminal background check; applications are automatically denied if a felony conviction is found, and any other criminal history is reviewed at the discretion of ownership/management, whose decision is final. We operate in full compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act as an Equal Housing Opportunity provider and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status.
